At GTC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your GTC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our technicians will inspect the device and process your refund within 5 business days.
