Please note that Thuraya airtime top-ups are compatible with first-generation Thuraya/Hughes phones such as the SO2510, SG2520 & 71XX.
However, we are aware of issues with outbound and inbound calling relating to mobile operators which we are unable to offer support on or can issue refunds for purchased airtime.
The easiest and most flexible way to use your Thuraya WE Terminal is with airtime top-ups. No monthly contract is required and top-ups can be used in any of the 140 countries in Thuraya's coverage zone. The Thuraya WE Prepaid plan offers simplicity and transparency with flat pricing across the Thuraya coverage area.
- SIM card is initially valid for 365 days effective the first call
- Information on airtime vouchers is shown in the 'Calling Rates' tab below
- SIM card is deactivated if first call is not made within 6 months of activation
